Customize Standard Form
The fields on a form can be moved to another position, or removed from the form to simplify it. Other fields can be added to the form from the same master table, from a custom form, or a scripted field. The column in a listview can be re-sequenced, removed, new columns from the same table added, or from a custom form. The buttons on the toolbars at the top of the program can be changed to perform a different task, can be removed, or new ones added.
Add Customized Pane
Customized panes enable you to add your own form, listview, graph, browser, .NET User Control, etc. to any SYSPRO program. Customized panes can be created within any docking pane application in SYSPRO. The high level of interaction between customized panes and the core SYSPRO product enables you to tailor the SYSPRO user interface to your specific requirements.
Form Macro with vbscript
In SYSPRO, macros are written using VBScript (or Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting Edition, to use its full name). Events are triggers built into SYSPRO programs that fire when the program is performing specific tasks, for example, when the content of a form is refreshed. When these events fire they run a macro that is linked to this event if one exists, hence the name Macro Events.
SYSPRO Trigger/Event/Electronic Signature
We can use the Trigger program to invoke third-party applications when a particular trigger is activated in SYSPRO (e.g. after adding a sales order).
You use the Event Management program to configure events that you want to monitor within SYSPRO as they occur. It enables you to invoke third-party applications when a particular event occurs in SYSPRO (e.g. stock falls below min).
The Electronic Signatures system enables you to secure transactions by authenticating the operator who is performing the transaction. You can configure the system to maintain a detailed transaction log for auditing purposes as well as activate triggers for integration to third-party systems or notification via email.
Custom program query/post SYSPRO Transaction
SYSPRO custom programs created in any development language can interact with SYSPRO through SYSPRO e.net solution. The custom program can get information into (and out of) SYSPRO without using the normal SYSPRO user interface easily. The custom program can be in various types, like desktop application, background service, mobile APP and scanner application.

SYSPRO SRS enables you to produce professional-looking reports quickly to meet company's specific business. Build-in report archiving function reduces the consumption of office stationery; and protection from changes in technology upgrades means no more re-engineering of existing reports with each new version.
SYSPRO Express Interface
This is an express (like UPS, FedEx) data import program, which is used to import the data from express program into SYSPRO through SYSPRO e.net solution. The program supports the data format in CSV, XML, etc. And also it provides an rich UI to config the way how the program works.
SYSPRO Documents Emailing
This program is used to email various documents printed in SYSPRO to your partners. It is fully integrated with SYSPRO SRS archive facility. You can define the email destination by customer/supplier and document type. Meanwhile, the program provides a way to let you easily resent the document if need.
SYSPRO Archive Service
This program is used to archive SYSPRO old data to an archive company to speed up the transactions and free space for new data. You can query the old data in the archive company in the same way as in the live company. With this program, you can archive the data by function area and with different time bracket.
Barcode Tracking System
Barcode tracking system is fully integrated with SYSPRO, it tracks entire product lifecycle, from PO receipt, inventory, manufacture preparation, manufacturing to making sales. The system supports both 1-dimensional and 2-dimensional bar codes.
Job Scheduling & Processing System
This program helps you to schedule the internal and subcontract operations visually. And guide the operator to work in scheduled sequence. After the operators finish the work, the program will automatically post the transaction back to SYSPRO seamlessly.
